DELIVERY OF GOODS IN LITHUANIA

In Lithuania, the goods are delivered within 1 – 3 working days. In cases of tightened quarantine, severe frost/snowfall, this deadline is extended to 2 – 5 working days. Free shipping on purchases for 30€ and more.
Delivery prices are calculated by forming a shopping cart and choosing the delivery method.

Delivery of goods to Latvia and Estonia

Delivery of goods in Latvia and Estonia within 1-4 working days. We deliver goods using the services provided by Omniva and DPD. For deliveries to Latvia and Estonia, the free shipping discount (for purchasers of €30 and more) does not apply.

Delivery of goods to other countries

Goods are delivered to other countries within 5-14 working days. We deliver the goods using the services of AB Lietuvos paštas. For deliveries to other countries, the discount on free shipping (for purchases of €30 and more) does not apply.

Delivery Details

  • When ordering the goods, the customer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
  • The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative. The delivery (transportation) fee is provided after the order is formed. If the order does not specify another person receiving the Goods, the Customer must accept them.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in Lithuania within 1-3 working days after payment of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in other EU countries within 5-14 working days after payment of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The quantity and quality of the Goods shall be thoroughly checked by the Customer at the time of delivery of the Goods. When accepting the Goods from the courier, the Client must sign the Goods in the delivery documents, confirming that the Goods have been delivered to him.
  • The Client must make any comments regarding obvious defects in the Goods in writing when accepting the Goods. The Client may make claims regarding hidden defects in the Goods in writing no later than within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the Goods. Otherwise, it is considered that the Customer is satisfied with the product and has no complaints against the Seller.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the address and terms specified in the order. If it turns out that the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods within the stipulated deadline, the Seller shall immediately inform the Customer thereof. The Client agrees that the delivery may exceptionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • After the Client has paid for the Goods, the Seller sends an invoice to the Client by e-mail.
  • The Seller shall be exempt from liability for the violation of the delivery terms of the Goods if they are not provided to the Customer or are not provided on time due to the fault of the Customer or due to circumstances dependent on the Customer.
  • Orders are accepted and processed daily.
